By accessing or using ShadowVault ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
ShadowVault is an end-to-end encrypted messaging platform with integrated password manager, cloud storage, notes, and AI assistant. The Service is provided by ShadowRoot ("we", "us", "our").
To use ShadowVault, you must create an account with a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We cannot recover your account if you lose your password due to our zero-knowledge architecture.
You agree not to use ShadowVault to:
We use end-to-end encryption and zero-knowledge architecture. We cannot read your messages, files, or passwords. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via NowPayments in cryptocurrency. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
ShadowVault is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss resulting from forgotten passwords, device failure, or circumstances beyond our control. Our zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot recover lost encryption keys.
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all encrypted data is permanently removed within 30 days.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the application.
